Woman arrested after she was caught having s*x with her husband in prison

A 27 year old woman was caught having sex with her husband in prison. The woman who was obviously missing her husband decided to bring the goods to him in prison, but unluckily she got caught. She succeeded in sneaking into the prison, but was caught being intimate with her husband.
My Zimbabwe reports that.. “the ‘A’ class inmate at Chiredzi Prison used a smuggled mobile phone to communicate with his wife”. ‘A’ class prisoners are said to be those serving a short sentence or those who have a few months to freedom. They therefore perform duties around minimum security and doing jobs like farming and herding cattles.
The man identified as Trymore Ngwarati and his wife Memory Togarepi were caught by prison officers somewhere in the bush after having sex.
The woman who was arrested and brought to appear before Chiredzi Magistrate Geraldine Mutsoto last Thursday was slammed with a one count charge for Contravening Section 88 (1) of Prisons Act (Unlawful Communication with a Prisoner).
Prosecutor Doubt Phiri told the court that..

“on April 17, 2016 at around 10am Ngwarati who is serving jail term for fraud communicated with Togarepi on the phone but their conversation was overheard by a son to one of the prison officers. The couple agreed to meet at a place near Joko Bus Stop along Ngundu – Tanganda Road where Ngwarati was going to herd cattle. The two had a good time in a bush before prison officers Douglas Moyo and Muhondo Mufaro who were acting on a tip-off arrived and found the two.

Magistrate Mutsoto convicted the woman and sentenced her to pay a fine of $120 and on failure to do so, she will serve a 45 day jail sentence.
