Miss Doris Aligboro of delta origin, living alone at wego street Onike-Yaba lagos, enjoys disturbing her neighbours, day and night, by intermittently knocking on the iron doors/gates using rocks/stones. she also slams and bangs her windows and doors. the noise coming out of her electronic and musical equipment is unbearable. The unacceptable noisy nuisance and pollution have so angered and irritated her neighbours that they are now retaliating. she made a report to the police of alleged injuries sustained as a result of the missiles aimed at her. Her close relatives/friends should come to her rescue before it is too late.
The behaviour of MADAM ALIGBORO is rather strange and apparently portrays traits of mental imbalance. Consequently, immediate help must come from her people of Ole, ISOKO NATION or DELTA STATE GOVERNMENT. Or what do you think?
