With a lot of speculation going round about the fi
ght between Dammy Krane and Wizkid, 2Baba,
who is currently on a media tour to promote his new single; “Coded
Tinz”, visited Wazobia FM, on the radio show ‘Make Una Wake Up with Yaw’
and Cool FM, on ‘Midday Oasis with Dotun’ and said of the incident;
“Mehn…I was really disappointed, you know, considering both
of them na my people, and most importantly, Dammy and Wiz have been good
friends; but I am glad they quickly put it all behind them and made
peace.
“Inasmuch as it is very bad to jack another man’s property, it is also your responsibility to protect your property,” he added.
Asked about his recent official name change, he pointed out
that he is still the same person. He said that the change of name would
not come as a surprise because a lot of people have been calling him
‘2Baba’ for a long time now. He further said that it was only right to
officially adopt the name 2Baba as he is now more mature, a father and
also Chief (Tafidan Kudandan in Kaduna).
