referring to how she flaunts her fake boobs on social media as well.In her defense, the newly married BBA star revealed that she has taken out the breast silicon and she is now living a healthy life.Way to go Karen! Recall that the reason Karen left the country last year was to get more treatment after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
